⚡️JUST OUT: Binance announced to RESUME withdrawals in phases TODAY, starting between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC. Access will reopen progressively as each asset and network completes security checks. Temporary delays are expected. "PHASE ONE" covers 15 networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Solana. Ten major digital asset balances are fully backed, according to Binance. Deposits remain open. Binance says it will absorb all losses, with NONE passed on to users. The exchange reassured that it has covered about 95% of the amount impacted by the exploit.
